Region 13C Amateur Baseball Playoffs

The Region 13C Tournament field has been set as tournament play begins on Wednesday night. (7/24)

The Wilmont Cardinals received the #2 seed in the tournament and will open up play against the #7 seeded Worthington Cubs. Game 1 will be in Wilmont at Butts Probst Field at 7:30pm Wednesday. Game 2 is in Worthington on Saturday at 2:00pm with Game 3 back in Wilmont if necessary on Sunday afternoon at 2:00pm

The Heron Lake Lakers received the #6 seed and will face the #3 seeded Luverne Redbirds in the first round. Game 1 is in Luverne Wednesday night at 7:30pm with Game 2 in Heron Lake on Saturday at 2:00pm and Game 3 back in Luverne on Sunday at 4:00pm if necessary.

The Hadley Buttermakers received the #4 seed and will take on the #5 seeded Milroy Irish. Game 1 will be played in Windom at 7:30pm, Game 2 is in Marshall on Friday night at 7:30pm and Game 3 will be in Hadley on Sunday at 2:00pm if necessary

The Fairmont Martins received the #1 seed and will face the #8 seeded Minneota Mudhens. Game 1 is in Fairmont on Wednesday night, Game 2 in Minneota Friday night and Game 3 would be in Fairmont Sunday afternoon if needed

Teams in the Region 13C Tournament are allowed to draft one player from a team not in the tournament that can ONLY pitch.

Hadley chose Tom Hady of the Jackson Bulls
The Milroy Irish took Steven Zehms of the Martin County Foxes
Heron Lake took Caleb Rossow of the Jackson Bulls
Worthington chose Cody Kontz of the Adrian A’s
Minneota chose Pat Boggess of the Jackson Bulls
