Miss the show this week? Here’s what happened:

On Monday night, the Worthington City Council approved a resolution that designates PBK Investments, a Minnetonka firm, as the sole developer of the Northland Mall property until the end of the year. This allows Brian Pellowski of PBK to proceed forward with plans to redevelop the current site.

Pellowski the council with what he called a workable plan for the site, and I thought some of you might be interested in hearing that plan and the goings on of that portion of last night’s meeting. You’ll also hear the voices of Mayor pro tem Ron Wood, as Mayor Alan Oberloh was absent, as well as other city council members. Toward the end of today’s Talk of the Town, we’ll hear from Northland Cinema owners Todd Frager and David Fetters, who also have a lot at stake when it comes to mall development.
