RROUND LAKE – One person is dead after a fatal crash between two semi-trucks near Round Lake just shortly after noon Friday.
The semis crashed at the intersection of Minnesota 264 and Nobles County 35.
According to the Minnesota State Patrol, a 2005 Mack Truck was northbound on Highway 264 and a 1998 Freightliner was eastbound on county road 35. The Freightliner went through the stop sign and was struck by the Mack truck.
The driver of the Freightliner, 67-year-old James Miller of Cylinder, Iowa, suffered no apparent injury.
